Users have the option to swipe through tabs, making it easy to discover routes tailored to their preferences
Route Map
This page offers users a meticulously planned theme tour route.
Users can follow the sequence marked on the map to visit each attraction in order or make flexible adjustments according to their preferences.
Attractions Card:
Provides concise information about the corresponding attractions.
Users can click or swipe up to access detailed information.
Introduction:
Introduce basic information about the attraction to the user, helping them better understand the history and culture behind it.
Recommendation:
Further recommendations on interesting aspects of the current attractions for users are provided, along with travel tips from senior guides, enhancing the overall touring experience
Follow Map
This page serves as a record of the user's progress on their current theme tour route
Follow Card:
Click or swipe on the "Follow Card" at the bottom to enter the interaction page with the attractions

Provides instructions to users on how to interact with this attraction
Other's Share:
Contains content related to interactions with different attractions shared by other users.
Interesting content can inspire users to visit corresponding attractions, interact with them, and share their own stories.

This is the user profile page, where users can save and edit their basic personal information, view the badges they have acquired, and access their personal route maps

Design Process
“Let’s go back to the beginning of the story！”
Background: “why I chose to design this app?”
The inspiration for this project stemmed from my personal experiences:
As someone passionate about travel and outdoor activities, I often explore travel diaries and tips shared by fellow users on various travel websites. One day, I stumbled upon an article titled "My World War II Trip - Europe." The author's deep interest in World War II history led to the creation of an entire travel itinerary focused on this theme, which instantly captured my attention.
After reading the entire article, I realized that “theme-based travel” appealed to me more than traditional travel. This discovery prompted me to search various websites for travel itineraries aligned with my specific interests.
Research
Prior to commencing the formal design process, I conducted user surveys through online questionnaires distributed in QQ and WeChat groups. I also engaged in face-to-face discussions with teachers and students who share a passion for travel to gain insights into their preferences and ideas.
This research approach enabled the creation of a Persona and User Journey Map.
"I enjoy traveling, particularly when I can align my itineraries with themes that pique my interest. Thematic tours offer creative inspiration for my journeys. I believe there should be an app that assists me in selecting destinations and offers high-quality itineraries."
Information Architecture
The information architecture has been constructed based on the research result, persona and user journey map.
